Terms of Service

1. The service

Signal is an AI-powered growth platform that helps you plan campaigns, create and distribute content to social platforms you connect, and attribute engagement, leads and revenue to that activity. Signal is provided by Outboxcom ("we", "us").

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the members you invite to your organisation. Access is currently granted by application and may be limited during early access.

3. Your content and connected accounts

You retain ownership of the content you create, approve or publish through Signal. By connecting a platform account, you authorise Signal to publish and read engagement on your behalf, within the autonomy level you configure.

You are responsible for ensuring content published through your accounts complies with each platform’s rules and applicable law. Autonomy tiers, brand-safety rules and the approval inbox exist so you stay in control — content published under Full Auto is still your content.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Signal to publish unlawful, deceptive or harassing content; to spam; to misrepresent affiliation; or to violate the terms of connected platforms. We may suspend accounts that put the service, other customers or platform relationships at risk.

5. AI-generated content

AI drafts can be inaccurate or require editing. You are responsible for reviewing content before publication (or for the rules you set when enabling full autonomy). We make no guarantee of specific growth, lead or revenue outcomes.

6. Fees

Paid plans are billed as described at purchase. Early-access pricing commitments apply for the stated period. We will give notice before any price change takes effect on your plan.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or by factors outside our control (including third-party platform APIs). We may add, change or remove features.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by connected platforms (such as account restrictions).

9. Termination

You may stop using Signal and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so.
